Welcome to ATHLETIC DEN. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, classes, training sessions, and any content provided by ATHLETIC DEN (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the website, booking sessions, or purchasing services from ATHLETIC DEN, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ATHLETIC DEN services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree to follow all policies outlined in these Terms.

  • You understand that participation in fitness activities involves physical exertion and potential risk.

ATHLETIC DEN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

ATHLETIC DEN provides fitness training, coaching, and wellness services intended to support general health and physical fitness.

By participating in any programs, classes, or sessions, you acknowledge that:

  • Exercise involves inherent physical risks, including injury.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating.

  • You should consult with a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

ATHLETIC DEN, its owners, trainers, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or damages resulting from participation in training or use of our services.

3. Payments and Billing

All services, memberships, training sessions, and classes must be paid for according to the pricing outlined by ATHLETIC DEN.

Clients agree that:

  • Payment information provided must be accurate and valid.

  • Fees may change at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Payment is required to confirm bookings.

Late or missed payments will be charged automatically to the card on file.

ATHLETIC DEN reserves the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.

4. Credit Card on File & Automatic Charges

By creating an account or booking services with ATHLETIC DEN, clients authorize ATHLETIC DEN to securely store their credit card information.

Clients agree that ATHLETIC DEN may automatically charge the card on file for:

  • Late cancellation fees

  • No-show fees

  • Outstanding balances

  • Missed or overdue payments

This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and uninterrupted service for all clients.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Strict)

ATHLETIC DEN enforces a strict cancellation policy to respect coach time and class capacity.

Cancellation Policy

  • All sessions and classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in:

100% charge of the session or class fee.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session or class without cancelling will result in:

  • Full charge of the session or class

  • Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges

No exceptions.

6. Client Conduct

All clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior while participating in ATHLETIC DEN services.

ATHLETIC DEN reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who:

  • Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner

  • Harasses staff or other clients

  • Violates facility rules or policies

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ATHLETIC DEN, including:

  • Training programs

  • Workout plans

  • Videos and digital content

  • Logos, branding, and written materials

is the property of ATHLETIC DEN and protected by intellectual property laws.

Clients may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell any materials without written permission.

Purchased content is licensed for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHLETIC DEN shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during training sessions or classes

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services

Participation in ATHLETIC DEN services is done at the client’s own risk.

9. Termination of Services

ATHLETIC DEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s access to services if:

  • Payment policies are violated

  • Booking policies are repeatedly ignored

  • Client conduct violates facility rules

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ATHLETIC DEN operates.

11. Changes to Terms

ATHLETIC DEN may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
